Bringing Meadowscapes to Big and Small Spaces is a film by Catherine Zimmerman that raises awareness about sustainable, native, healthy, easy and affordable land care practices that save wildlife and human life. Zimmerman, an award-winning filmmaker, weaves her personal journey about changing her own landscape choices, making this film a practical guide to accomplish such a change.We will be showing the film to the group.
We will also have a short Member Meeting at 6:30 pm before the program. Agenda includes future programs and activities, and how to help to promote our Chapter and publicize our events.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this free North Oakland Wild Ones event. Donations are always welcome to help bring future educational opportunities! Doors open at 7:00, and the presentation starts at 7:30 pm.
